HSBC Global Investment Funds division HSBC Global Investment Funds (Mauritius) Limited along with PAC HSBC Investments (Hong Kong) Limited has acquired 4,450,000 shares of Zee Telefilms Ltd on September 29, 2005.
The mode of acquisition is through Market Purchase and the shareholding of HSBC Global Investment Funds along with PAC HSBC Investments after the said acquisition is 20,843,466 shares aggregating to 5.05% of the total paid up capital of Zee Telefilms Ltd.
