    Jaya TV to woo Tamil audience with Paramapadam

    Jaya TV to woo the Tamil audience has introduced a 3D serial, for the first time on television, the serial is one of the most costliest ones ever debuted on Indian Television.

    The Chennai based GV Films is producing Paramapadam, a live 3D television fantasy thriller and Mayawi, both of 52 episodes each. Paramapadam will be telecast in December, which will be followed by Mayawi. The channel claims that it will supply 1 Crore 3D glasses, GV Films has source'd the technology and exclusive rights from D3, a Los Angeles based firm. This is the only 3D system which the Federal Communication Commission has approved for broadcast.

    Paramapadam is story based on snake and ladder game concept. The lead actor of this serial is Mukesh Khanna of Shaktiman fame and is directed by Naaga. Daniel Symmes, the inventor of 3DR will shoot the serial.

    On October 16, Jaya TV will air an musical event to be perform by Illayaraaja, who brings singing talent from all over India in an experiment to bring the audience closer to sound and beat with special sound effects.
