RGV venturing to Hollywood with Percept Picture

Ram Gopal Varma, to reach a wider audience is venturing into Hollywood in association with Percept Picture Company to produce the first English film titled 'Within' with an estimated budget of over seven million, it will be very Hollywood by all standards.

According to Varma, "I began by making Telugu films, then ventured into Hindi films to reach the audience nationwide. The next step is to reach the wider international audience." He adds, "Set in an apartment in a Manhattan high-rise, the film revolves around a couple and the fear within them. Fear, anxiety, etc. are all created by us within our selves, which is why the title Within is very apt for the film."

Shailendra Singh, Joint Managing Director of Percept Picture Company said, "Within is budgeted in the range of 6 to 10 million US dollars. And Ek is budgeted at about 20 million US dollars."

MR Varma has also announced that he is all set to make Ek. "Ek is about international terrorism, as you know. About the cast, as of now, only Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan have been finalised. We're discussing with Sunjay Dutt too."
