MTV Lycra Style Awards to air on October 28

After Mumbai, the Nation is ready to don the Lycra, with The MTV Lycra Style Awards in its annual tryst for the third year running will be telecast on October 28, 2005 at 7.30 PM on MTV.

The Awards focus on the coolest trendsetters in fashion, films, sports, television, business, politics and music. Catch some of your favourite stars in all their style - Feroz Khan, Fardeen Khan, Celina Jaitley, Dia Mirza, Sanjay Kapoor, Zeenat Aman, Malaika Arora Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Waluscha & Marc Robinson, Poonam Dhillon, Neelam, Sushma Reddy, Mandira Bedi, Sonu Nigam and Usha Uthup amongst many others.

The awards were classified into three broad categories - 'Popular', 'Technical and 'Honours'. The Popular Awards are aimed at recognising the most stylish people in the fields of music, television, films and sports. The Technical Awards acknowledge the fashion industry - models, designers and fashion photographers. The Honours category is aimed at people in the field of business and politics.
