Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2005, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2005.
Sri Adhikari Brothers will also consider the proposal for sub-division of nominal face value of Equity Shares of RS 10 each into such denomination as the Board may decide and the same will be subject to such other approvals, as may be required.
