    ZenithOptimedia on hiring spree

    After ZenithOptimedia managed to grab the biggie Nestle account, the agency has decided to go on for for a hiring spree.

    ZenithOptimedia has roped in Sunandan Choudhary as Executive VP for the Nestle account, he was earlier Senior VP at McCann Erickson. Mohit Joshi and Navin Khemka are also joining the agency soon. Mohit Joshi will be the VP for the Nestle account, he was previously with Universal McCann as a Business Director. Navin Khemka will join ZenithOptimedia as VP, Media, Khemka was earlier media director with Cheil Communications.

    Ambika Srivastava, CEO, ZenithOptimedia informs that a total of eight people are joining them, who all will be working for the Nestle account. Apart from the above three professionals, Rajender Singh, Geeta Ram and Rishi Khanna are also joining the agency.

    Srivastava says, "We are delighted to have New people on board, it will help us to build a better client portfolio for Nestle, as it is one of the most prestigious accounts to work for in India as well as globally. We are totally committed to meeting the challenges of achieving media excellence for Nestle India."

    For record note, the biggest business move of last month was perhaps that of Nestle. Nestle's media duties moved to ZenithOptimedia from Universal McCann. The account is estimated to be worth RS 80 crores. ZenithOptimedia is one of the world's leading global media services agencies with 170 offices in 60 countries partnering global giants like Nestle, L'Oreal, HP, Heineken, Whirlpool, Puma, British Airways, Salvatore Ferragamo and Sanofi-Aventis. Its key clients in India include Allied Domecq, British Airways, Fidelity, Hewlett-Packard, Nokia, Sanofi-Aventis and Siemens.
