    Nat Geo launches Food Lovers Guide to the Planet

    National Geographic Channel will launch an new show Food Lovers Guide to the Planet, which is a delightful melange of food, culture and travel that promises to unearth food trends, exotic ingredients and in-the-know food players across the globe.

    The series will be launched on October 11, and would air every Saturday at 10 pm. From spicy Hyderabadi Biryani and farmers' markets in Mexico, food lovers across the globe are bursting with new culinary tales to share. With the breadth of international travel combined with a passion for food, the new show promises to delivers a cultural look at the world.

    Rajesh Sheshadri, senior vice-president, content and communication, National Geographic Channel - India, said, "The new delectable series features some of the most exquisite street cuisine from around the world captured through our lens. We are confident that our viewers would enjoy this refreshing new show."

    Nat Geo in collaboration with Olive Bar & Kitchen is also organising a three-day food festival in Mumbai on October 6, 7 and 8, between 7-11 pm.
