Sahara One, the Hindi general entertainment channel, will launch supernatural love story called Kaisi Laagi Lagan, which premiers on October 13 airing at 11 pm.

Says Nilanjana Purkayastha, business head, Sahara One, "With this new show we hope to build in our audience's heart a stronger faith in good over evil. This show offers our viewers the excitement of new element like supernatural warring against human values. As always we believe our viewers will love & enjoy the show."

Produced by Cinevistaas, the story centers around Pratha, a 23 year old girl who is brought up by a single parent, since her father abandoned them when she was only 5 years old.

Sahara One's channel share has increased over the last few weeks and it has managed to topple 9X. As per the TAM data for Week 40, Sahara One commands 5 per cent share, on par with NDTV Imagine.

Mata Ki Chowki, a fiction show, launched in June, delivers a weekly average TVR of 1.5. At 8 pm, it has a reality show, Saas v/s Bahu, which is proving to be quite popular. The other top rated shows on the channel are Doli Saja Ke – Babul Ki Bitiya and Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon Ki.

In November, the channel will launch two more youth-centric fiction shows. The two shows are Pankh Hote Toh Ud Jaati, the story of the journey of a 22 year old, and Jo Ishq Ki Marzi Woh Rab Ki Marzi, a period love story.
