Sanjay Dabke quits Saam TV as business head

Sanjay Dabke, business head, Saam TV, the recently launched Marathi general entertainment channel (GEC), has put in his papers.
Speaking to Televisionpoint.com, Dabke without divulging much details says, "I have quit the company on October 06 due to some differences with the management of the company, and will announce my next destination soon."
Saam Media, the associated television venture between Neo TV Ltd and the Sakal Group, had launched its first channel Saam TV on August 15, 2008. The company will launch a Hindi GEC in the second quarter of 2009.
Saam TV is targeted at Maharashtrians across all SECs and age groups. The channel addresses the entire family and features news and current affairs in addition to entertainment.
