Rajiv Lal joins as CEO, Perspectrum

Rajiv Lal has joined as the CEO, Perspectrum Consultancy, an marketing consultancy company of Percept Ltd. He moves from Euro RSCG Malaysia, where he was the managing director.
On his appointment, Rajiv says, "The ambition that entrepreneurs have for their companies is very high. There is a huge opportunity in working with them to build brands that resonate not only in India but globally. They will need support in building the brand DNA and communications."
"The real value, however, will be in bringing global best practices to these businesses in an uniquely Indian way. This will be the real test of our success at Perspectrum and I am delighted to have the opportunity to be part of this journey." adds Rajiv.
Rajiv has completed his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and holds a Masters degree in mass communication. He has earlier worked with companies like iCRM, Infovision, CIMS, eMR, Purple Arc Films and People Science Institute.
