SpiceJet calls for creative pitch

Televisionpoint.com Correspondent | Mumbai SpiceJet, the low cost airline, has called for a pitch to review its creative agency. Agencies such as Bates 141, O&M, Leo Burnett, Contract Advertising and Lowe have been invited for the pitch.
Gopika Chowfla Design was the incumbent agency on SpiceJet and was also asked to make a pitch. Madison Media will continue to handle the media duties, and the account is estimated to be worth Rs 25 crore.
SpiceJet's brief for the agencies is to come up with a campaign that would help the airline retain its business and achieve a 10 per cent growth. There would be three rounds of presentations based on which the agency would be selected.
The airline will undertake a 360-degree initiative, including print, TVC, outdoor and below the line activities.
SpiceJet's market share in the third quarter of calendar year 2008 stood at 8.3 per cent, and it had carried 7,10,000 passengers during the period. |
