Victorinox India has appointed Percept/H for its integrated marketing campaign, post a rigorous pitch process. iB&W was the incumbent agency on the account. The size of the business is estimated to be Rs 3 crore.

Percept will look after all the segments for the brand, including creatives, media, event management and public relations. It will provide a total 360 degree marketing campaign, which will run mainly on print and new media. Television may come at a later stage.

"We are very excited to get associated with this brand. The team fully understands that Victorinox needs to grow rapidly and traditional marketing and advertising may not be the right way." explains Prabhakar Mundkur, CEO, Percept/H.

Anish Goel, managing director, Victorinox, says, "With Percept it was matching of both the passion and vision. We were looking at partners who can look long term and drive the marketing efforts towards a common goal."

"It offers lots of possibilities to divergent thinking. The creative team is excited and looking forward to working on the brand," says Dilip Marathe, creative head, Percept/H, who will be working on the brand.

Victorinox is a Swiss company which has had an international presence for more than 100 years. The company has various products, the most famous one being its Swiss army knife. It also has other products such as pocket multi-tools, time pieces, travel gear and cutlery.
