NDTV Good Times, a lifestyle channel, has partnered with Apollo Hospitals, an healthcare group, to unveil a wellness program band called Touching Lives. The programs are validated by the Apollo doctors and are based on expertise and knowledge in various health-related fields of the hospital.
Shobana Kamineni, director, new initiatives, Apollo Hospitals Group, said, "Touching lives is planned in congruence with our vision of wellness and prevention and is an initiative towards the same to let we Indians know that maintaining healthy lifestyle is just a matter of awareness."
Smeeta Chakrabarti, CEO, NDTV Lifestyle, said, "Our wellness band with its set of innovative shows will present a mix of good food, fun workouts and rejuvenating spas. And we are thrilled that Apollo has come on board to partner with us on this path to wellness."
To promote the series, there will be on-air promos across NDTV Good Times and cross promos running on the other NDTV channels to catch consumer attention. There will be also a special mention on the company's flagship website NDTV.com.
Apollo will also co-promote the band through their in-house media vehicles such as The B+ Magazine, Play The Band DVD across the Apollo Hospitals and the pharmacies.
