Thomas Beusse, President of Time4 Media, has announced the creation of a new leadership role at this Time Inc. division, that of Senior Vice President, Time4 Digital, naming Todd Unger to the position. Unger is charged with spearheading the continued extension and expansion of Time4 Media brands online, as well as across other digital media platforms including mobile, satellite radio, and broadband video. Effective March 13, this is Beusse’s first major appointment since he was named President in January of this year.

Unger, 42, served most recently as SVP, Brand Extensions and General Manager, Online at Lifetime Entertainment, where he was responsible for extending that entertainment brand into new businesses and across media. Prior to his three years with Lifetime, Unger was with America Online for a six year period, culminating in his role as General Manager of AOL Local/Digital City, the country’s #1 local online network. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a BA in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Unger currently lives in Montclair, New Jersey with his wife and their three children.
